SKB Energy sp. z o. o. is a technology company from the SKB Group operating on the renewable energy market, in particular photovoltaics, wind energy, energy storage, charging stations for electric cars, heat pumps and hydrogen solutions.

COO
A graduate of the University of Economics in Poznań, MBA studies at Aalto University in Finland and the prestigious Swedish Institute Management Program Northern Europe in Stockholm.
Co-founder of SKB ENERGY sp.z o.o.
In 2008-2020 he worked for the largest construction and engineering groups in Poland, sitting on their management boards and supervisory boards. He was responsible for capital markets and the implementation of innovations in the field of renewable energy, including solar and wind energy, as well as in the area of hydrogen technologies and electromobility, such as energy storage and electric vehicle charging stations.
In 2016, he began the construction of the first Polish electric bus with batteries in the chassis, which in 2020 was sold to ARP SA and operates today under the name ARP e-Vehicles.
Since 2018, he has been an expert in the Horizon2020 program. He is active in European associations related to electromobility, such as the European Battery Alliance. He supports start-ups in the renewable energy and e-mobility industries from Europe and South America. He is a mentor in international organizations such as the Solar Impulse Foundation.
Sławomir Dobosz
The founder of the first company who initiated the way to establishing the SKB Group
A visionary who courageously and consistently pursues the set goals.
Thanks to hard work, he has concentrated a group of companies, each of which today also operates independently and hold strong positions in their respective industries. Mr. Sławomir Dobosz keeps setting new goals and knows how to achieve them. He is able to select collaborators who support him in building a strong, reliable brand.
He moves smoothly in the business reality which, whilst changing dynamically over 30 years, still poses new challenges but also opportunities.

Bartłomiej Dobosz
A continuator and associate of the founder of the SKB Group
Before he took up the position of the Proxy of the Management Board, he got to know the company and what it does at every stage of the work carried out. Bartłomiej Dobosz is also a creator of new, important areas of the operations of SKB Group.
As an independent entrepreneur, he is constantly looking for new development paths for the group beyond the area of its current activities, but also for himself.
Privately, a father to two daughters, passionate about old cars, good music and sailing.
